You'll be at the heart of what makes Wing Snob legendary — crafting our signature wings to perfection. As a Wing Specialist, you'll prep and cook orders with speed and consistency while keeping a clean, safe, and high-energy kitchen environment.
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for great food
Front-of-House Team Member
Be the face of Wing Snob! You'll greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. You'll play a key role in delivering the bold, welcoming Wing Snob experience from the moment guests walk in.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to multitask during peak dining hours
- Positive, energetic attitude and professional appearance
- Point-of-sale (POS) system experience preferred
Delivery Driver
Deliver hot, fresh Wing Snob orders to our hungry customers across Katy and surrounding areas. You'll be an extension of the Wing Snob brand on the road, ensuring orders arrive on time and in perfect condition.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Smartphone with navigation app capability
- Ability to maintain professional, courteous customer interactions
- Minimum 18 years of age
Shift Supervisor
Lead your shift with confidence. As Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, coach team members, handle escalated guest concerns, and ensure the Wing Snob standard is upheld on every plate and every interaction.
- 1–2 years of restaurant or food service supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage labor, inventory, and food safety protocols
- SerSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Amplify the Wing Snob brand online. You'll manage our social media presence, create mouth-watering content, run promotions, and engage with our community. If you love food and digital storytelling, this one's for you.
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
- Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong writing voice and ability to craft engaging captions
- Familiarity with social media analytics and paid ads
- Genuine passion for food culture and brand storytelling
