Founded in 2018 by a pair of wing enthusiasts who were tired of settling for mediocre sauce and soggy breading, Wing Snob set out to redefine the wingsnob experience from the ground up.

Wing Snob opens its doors at 3902 N Fry Rd, Katy, TX. With just six sauce flavors and a two-person team, the first batch of handcrafted wings sets the standard for everything to come. Lines form on day one.

2019

Sauce Lab Launches

Dedicated to flavor innovation, Wing Snob opens its in-house "Sauce Lab" — a dedicated kitchen space for developing and testing new signature sauces. The wingsnob recipe collection grows to 14 flavors.

2020

Community Anchor

Despite challenging times, Wing Snob pivots to expanded takeout and delivery, feeding the Katy community and supporting local families. Guest loyalty grows stronger than ever during this period.

Catering Program Launched
